1 Year base Waaranty

Fourdot Coolings gives 1 year carry in warranty (base warranty) on all cooling modules, and 6 months on the included accessories, and the additional warranty is only applicable on the cooling modules. to obtain additional warranty buyer needs to complete below activity within the base warranty period. and the additional warranty will always calculated on the basis of purchase date. Repair and replacement will be followed by RMA procedure mentioned below.

To obtain this additional 1 year warranty , buyer needs to write review/Improvement points on the amazon seller page or fourdot coolings google page. This activity should be in the name of the buyer or the order Id and should be completed within base warranty period. once complete please share your successful activity through mail.

+1 Year Warranty (Write Product Feedback/improvement points)

To obtain this additional 1 year warranty , buyer needs to write review/Improvement points on the product page which was purchased. This activity should be in the name of the buyer or the order Id and should be completed within base warranty period. once complete please share your successful activity through mail.

+1 Year Warranty (Buy New Fourdot Coolings Product)

To obtain this additional 1 year warranty , buyer needs to make new purchase of any fourdot coolings product within base warranty of previous product. this activity will add 1 year additional warraty on the previous fourdot product. This activity should be in the name of the buyer or the order Id. once complete please share your successful activity through mail.

RMA PROCEDURE

Please note that the Order ID/Bill should be available. If any returned product is determined to be not defective and does not require repair, FOURDOT COOLINGS reserves the right to bill for all shipping, handling, and processing costs for the return of the non-defective product.

The customer will cover any shipping and handling costs for 1-way shipping to the designated RMA facility.
FOURDOT COOLINGS will not be held liable for any damage caused to any product in transit or by the shipping carrier.
FOURDOT COOLINGS will choose the shipping method and carrier, and cover any shipping and handling costs for 1-way shipping back to the customer to complete an authorized RMA.
Only carry in warranty will be applicable on each FOURDOT COOLINGS Products.

Product Conditions

Warranty claims will be void if the user:

Tampers, defaces, or removes any stickers containing product identification information such as model number, serial number, or part number.
Causes defects through improper usage, failure to comply with operating instructions, inappropriate operating conditions, or unapproved repairs or modifications.
Fails to return the product in the stock factory configuration or remove any aftermarket modifications.
Causes defects through accidents, acts of God, acts of nature, negligence, liquid immersion, or improper ventilation.
Knowingly and willingly attempt to defraud the validity of a claim.
Warranty covers functional defects only, it does not cover any physical or liquid damage.
